Work with people who finish things
We are the team agencies call when a TYPO3, Symfony or frontend project has to hold up in production. Small, senior, and honest about what we do not know.
What it is like here
Most of our work arrives as somebody else's deadline: an agency needs capacity, an upgrade has gone sideways, a platform needs to survive another five years. That means real projects with real constraints — and it means we would rather one person understands a system properly than five people touch it briefly.
We work from Budapest and Cluj, and remotely across the EU. We contribute to the TYPO3 ecosystem, publish what we learn, and go to conferences as participants and speakers. Nobody here is measured in tickets closed.
How we work
Senior by default. You own your work end to end, from the call with the client to the deploy. No layer of people relaying requirements.
Written down. Decisions live in the repository and in our engineering notes, not in somebody's head.
Remote-friendly, not remote-only. Budapest and Cluj have offices; plenty of us work from elsewhere. Overlap hours matter more than location.
We fix the cause. If an upgrade breaks twice for the same reason, we automate it. That is how our tooling got built.
Before you apply
How does the process run?
A short call to see whether it fits, then a technical conversation with the people you would work with — no whiteboard puzzles, we talk about your actual work. Then an offer. Two conversations, usually within two weeks.
Do I need to send a cover letter?
No. A CV and a link to something you built tell us more. If you want to write something, write about a problem you solved and what you would do differently now.
What about pay?
We discuss the range with you before the first technical interview, so nobody spends time on a process that cannot work out.
Can I apply if I do not match everything?
Yes. The 'nice to have' lists are genuinely nice to have. If the core of the role fits, apply.
What happens to my data?
Your application is stored in our own system, not mailed around, and it is deleted after six months — twelve if you ask us to keep you on file. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
None of the three fits?
Send an open application. Tell us what you work on and what you would want to work on next — we read every one.
