The starting point: 120 centers, one system

A single central TYPO3 system carries the websites of 120 centers — each with its own content, events and promotions, edited locally but bundled technically in one place. A multisite of this scale forgives no shortcuts: content has to be cleanly separated, delivery has to stay fast despite hundreds of thousands of visitors, and the architecture has to be built so that every new center is not a special case.

Our approach

Since 2018 we have been developing, maintaining and improving the platform continuously — discreetly in the background, on behalf of Plan.Net TechNest Global. We set up the multisite architecture so that it grows with the project:

  • Central maintenance, local editing: an improvement benefits all 120 centers at once — nobody has to do the same work 120 times.
  • Performance under load: caching, clean database queries and an architecture that serves hundreds of thousands of visitors reliably.
  • Planned major upgrades: new TYPO3 versions are rolled out tested, while operations continue undisturbed.

Emergency support when it counts

Because the platform is business-critical, we provide real emergency support here with clear escalation paths. When something breaks, people who know the system inside out are on it — no onboarding, no waiting line.

The result

For more than six years, 120 centers have stayed reliably online, on a system that never stands still technically. New centers, new features, new requirements — the platform grows with them without quality suffering. That is exactly the advantage of a well-rehearsed team in the engine room: scaling you can plan for.
