The starting point
A professional small agency with high quality standards faced a typical growth question: more development capacity without diluting its own DNA. New hires take time, cost money and tie up leadership; classic service providers often deliver anonymous hours instead of real shared responsibility.
Our model: a permanent part of the team
We provide two experienced developers continuously, in frontend and TYPO3. They do not work from project to project — they are a permanent part of the team:
- They know the codebase, the conventions and the clients.
- They sit in the dailies, think along and take responsibility as if they were employees.
- Both are experienced and self-reliant — no long onboarding, no constant supervision, reliable work at a high level from the first sprint.
Why it works
The difference is not in the hours but in the attitude. We see ourselves as the extended engine room of the agency, not as an external supplier. Same language, same standards, real shared responsibility — that closeness is why a trial became a long-term partnership.
The result
Instead of one-off jobs, a strategic relationship has grown that scales: when more capacity is needed, we scale with it; when requirements change, we move along. That creates trust, continuity and predictability — and shows how strong the outsourcing model can be with the right partner.
